ROYALTY: Annual sales of The F.A.T. Method in excess of $250,000 per year will incur a 5% royalty.

PRICE: In order to maintain brand integrity, all licensees are required to follow our pricing guidelines for The F.A.T. Method. Pricing guidelines are provided in the Systems Training.

AREA EXCLUSIVITY: Your purchase entitles you to a reasonable protected local area. You agree there are no geographic restrictions on your organic (free) social media marketing, however paid advertising is only allowed within your reasonable local area. WE WANT YOU TO BE HUGELY SUCCESSFUL. This feature is designed to protect your F.A.T. Method business, providing you a marketing monopoly in your local area.

GUARANTEE: We provide a CONDITIONAL 30-DAY GUARANTEE which is clearly stated on our sales page. You understand that in order to qualify for a refund you must PROVE you implemented The F.A.T. Method Program. That means showing us you have the fulfillment customized and ready to sell, and that you have engaged in consistent daily social media marketing for at least 15 days.
